Tender
documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the Supply Chain
Management office, Kitui County or the respective sub-counties procurement
offices during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One thousand only) per set of
the document. Payment should be made at the respective Sub-County Treasuries.
Pre-qualification documents are free. Applicants must attach copies of VAT
certificates, PIN number, Business Registration Certificates, Valid Tax Compliance
certificates, single business permit and registration required for preferences
& reservations. Applicants for Tender No.
KIT/CC/18 & 20 MUST be registered with National
Construction Authority. Attach copies of registration certificates as proof.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of VAT and any other Taxes and must remain
valid for 90 days from the closing
date of this tender. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes
clearly marked “Tender No. KIT/CC/..../2021-2023” should be addressed to: County Commissioner, Kitui County, P.O. Box
1,90200, Kitui Or
Deputy County
Commissioners of Sub Counties stated above or deposited in Tender boxes at the
entrance to the County and Deputy County Commissioner’s offices, so as to reach
on or before 10.00 am on 15th
July 2021. Documents will be opened thereafter in the boardrooms of the
County Commissioner and respective Deputy County commissioners, in the presence
of bidders who choose to attend.
